HISTORY AND BACKGROUND:
C-CARE was founded in 2019 on “The Principle of Common Action” by a group of seven Christian development actors. these founders believe that the earth is a gift from God to all mankind. A gift which today is threatened by various social, economic and environmental crisis. The founders hold that we must act together to save it or perish together. As people take action together on the basis of knowledge, resources and skills which they share, their communities become an expanding network of hope, resilience, self-reliance and dignity which resonates across the world.
C-CARE is therefore a vision for a community-based program that encourages local action for global impact.
