Thousands of young people are leaving their family farms to work in the tertiary sector (especially urban transport) with hopes of greater prosperity.
Over the years, many are disillusioned because the “big progress” is not happening. The only reason it wasn’t working in agriculture was due to farming practices and small holding.
However, youths have a greater advantage in agriculture because it is an unexplored sector.
We are working to show them that creativity, commitment and handling their farming activity as a business will make them more productive.
We are developing the next generation of farmers – a generation of agribusinessmen and women.
